The coroner ruled the 36-year-old actress died from an accidental overdose involving fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, with no contributing trauma found at autopsy.
Panettiere was found unresponsive at Judson Mill Lofts after a 1:51 p.m. 911 call reporting cardiac arrest; EMS efforts failed and she was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m.
Police said the coroner’s findings are only one part of the case and detectives are still following leads and gathering information to resolve it.
