Summary
Arizona snapped a four-game skid with an 18-16 road upset of the Rams, turning a preseason boast from linebacker Mack Wilson into a postgame talking point.
Wilson had warned before the season, "They've got to deal with us," and the Cardinals backed it up Sunday at SoFi Stadium against a team that opened the year as a Super Bowl favorite.
Los Angeles fell to 2-4 and last place in the NFC West, shifting the Rams' immediate focus from title hopes to simply stabilizing their playoff chances.
That hole looks harder to escape because the Rams already navigated a tough early schedule and next face a Raiders team that has looked solid through six games.
