Summary
$1,099 preorders for XREAL Aura opened on Oct. 28 at Xreal.com and Best Buy, with the first Android XR smart glasses due to ship in mid-November.
The launch discount trims both models by $200 through December 2026, putting the 12GB/256GB version at $1,099 and the 16GB/512GB model at $1,299.
Aura pairs 95g display glasses with a phone-sized compute puck carrying the battery and Snapdragon Reality Elite chip, enabling 6DoF spatial tracking, hand tracking and controller support.
Initial sales cover the United States, Canada, Japan and South Korea, with 150 made-for-XR experiences at launch and a broader rollout planned for 2027.
