Summary
Tests showed Tyler Huntley needs right-foot surgery, ending the Ravens backup quarterback's season after he suffered turf toe in Sunday's 36-10 loss at Buffalo.
Ed Oliver twisted Huntley to the ground in the second quarter after the throw, compounding a quarterback crisis already triggered when Lamar Jackson injured his right thumb on his first snap.
Joe Fagnano, an undrafted rookie, is now set for his first NFL start Thursday at Jacksonville despite wearing a right-ankle brace in Tuesday's practice and will become the second undrafted quarterback to make a first career primetime start.
Baltimore's remaining options are exceptionally thin: Fagnano, Austin Reed and Kedon Slovis have combined for 23 career pass attempts, 44 snaps and no NFL touchdown passes.
