The market assigns an 87% chance of a starting price at $2,000 or more and 70% odds it tops $2,100, while pricing only a 14% chance of $2,300-plus and 1% for above $2,400.
Apple is set to unveil the device at Apple Park in Cupertino in the first iPhone launch led by new CEO John Ternus, alongside the iPhone 18 Pro line and new Apple Watches.
Leaks point to a book-style foldable—possibly branded iPhone Ultra—with a 5.3-5.5 inch outer screen, 7.6-7.8 inch inner display, titanium frame and near crease-free design.
If priced near those levels, the foldable would become Apple’s priciest iPhone and its first major new handset form factor since the 2017 iPhone X.
