Samsung said the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and S12+ will go on sale Oct. 7 in select markets, led by a 14.6-inch Ultra model that is 5.1mm thick and rated for up to 23 hours of battery life.
A 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip powers both tablets, with Samsung claiming up to 61% faster NPU, 19% faster CPU and 17% better GPU performance than the Tab S11 Ultra.
Galaxy AI is central to the lineup: the tablets run Android 17 with One UI 9, support three-way split screen, include an in-box S Pen, and ship with a six-month Google AI Pro trial.
Samsung is also pitching the devices as creative workstations, preloading Adobe Photoshop on Android tablets for the first time and bundling app offers worth about $600.
The launch expands Samsung's premium tablet push after earlier pricing disclosures put the Tab S12 Ultra at $1,399 and the Tab S12+ at $1,200.
