Samsung Readies Stable One UI 9 for Galaxy S26 as A55 Enters Beta Testing

A stable One UI 9 build for the Galaxy S26 series has appeared on Samsung’s servers, signaling the full rollout could follow quickly after an imminent sixth beta.
A new ZZHE test build confirms Beta 6 is still planned first, but the stable BZHG build suggests Samsung is now in the final stretch for its flagship release.
Galaxy A55 has also surfaced as the first mid-range phone with a One UI 9 beta build on Samsung’s Korean test servers, indicating the update is moving beyond premium models.
That expansion matters because the A55 is one of Samsung’s biggest-volume devices, and its inclusion suggests cheaper models such as the A56 are likely to follow.
For S26 users outside the beta program, Samsung is meanwhile pushing the August 2026 security patch via One UI 8.5 while One UI 9 stable nears release.
