Summary
Horowitz Research found 34% of U.S. Latinx consumers already bundle digital services, most commonly pairing home internet with mobile, while demand is rising for broader packages that add streaming, music, security, fitness and smart-home services.
56% said they would likely switch to a unified bundle that lets them manage apps and services in one place, with convenience cited alongside value—39% want centralized management, 35% bundled streaming and 31% locked-in pricing.
17% have already adopted 5G home internet, giving fixed wireless providers such as T-Mobile and Verizon an opening to use bundles to win more households.
Among Latinx consumers who bundle through a 5G home internet provider, 42% pointed to bundled streaming as a key reason and 34% cited extra perks, suggesting providers are competing on more than connectivity alone.
29% also subscribe to a Hispanic-focused TV package, underscoring demand for bundles tailored to larger, multigenerational and cross-border-connected Latinx households in a crowded market.
