Summary
Walt Weiss said Atlanta heads into the best-of-5 NLDS against Los Angeles with confidence a day after eliminating Philadelphia in a winner-take-all Game 3.
Lane Thomas is in the conversation for the NLDS roster after passing tests and increasing his workload, giving the Braves a possible right-handed bat against the Dodgers' left-heavy pitching staff.
Tyler Mahle should be available after an abdominal scare in the Wild Card round, while Bryce Elder and Martín Pérez are viewed more as potential options if Atlanta reaches the NLCS.
Sean Murphy put his confidence at "10," and Weiss framed the matchup with the two-time defending champions as another challenge Atlanta believes it can meet.
